MT Canobolas memories
Orange is my home town and I had forgotten the gorgeous view from the top of Mt Canobolas. As a teenager we used to ride horses up the side tracks through he bush while the boys tried to beat us to the top on their motor bikes. Many a night spent camping at the top in the back of a van and just checking out the town below at night was pretty amazing. I must take my boys up there on our next visit. It is amazing the things we take for granted and easily forget. Thanks for your blog bringing back some wonderful memories. Lynette

congratulations!
David & Pat, Sadly, we have just finished the last of (y)our Mediterranean style olives. They were absolutely delicious. We bought them at the Bull & Barrel last year, and I'm looking forward to buying more at this year's festival. Thanks for the great taste! Best wishes for future batches! ..andrea

Your folks
I believe the parents of one of you folks are currently touring Australia. I can't remember what their blog or user name is. Could you please email it to me? Enjoyed your blog while you were travelling and still keep track of Kanaroojack. In fact I managed to have a Skype conversation with Caroline while she was back in the UK. Hope all is well.

Looking back a year on
Amazing to look back at our adventures a year on. We had such fun with the beautiful Nige, Bel, Lachy and Zali and long to catch up with them one day in the future. Quandong will certainly hold magical memories for us for all time.

We might just try that!
It's not looking likely we're going to catch anything over here so we might just have to resort to the canal at home!! Maybe you will have better luck over here - the rod will be in the caravan waiting for you to try!! x x x

Any advice on what we should absolutely not miss??? Thanks a lot and good luck on your return.... it will be hard getting back to your old life and habit, that year trip surely changed you... isabelle
