Thank you Thank you for writing about this, Danielle. I am in daily contact with people in the camp, who are so desperate for help - and I have so little in personal funds. I would like to suggest that people who have a heart to help will find a wonderful man in Brother Marius Goulei whose website http://www.freewebs.com/wwordministries/ will detail his work and pictures. This man has UN approval and is legitimate as far as I can determine. Other people in the camp had verified this for me, even those who compete with him for funds. I suggest you contact him with any offer of help at all. Even a little is a help and Western Union is easy to use - the money is there in minutes. If you mention my name - he calls me "Sis Carol" - it will help him to identify you as well. There is so much need but this is one small effort. Please help! And Thank You again Danielle.

Absolutely JEALOUS Danielle,
I miss you to start with!
I read these blogs and I am so envious. Thank you for continuing to post them - I love learning all the stuff that your learning (or portions of it anyways). I cant believe that you've been gropped...are you okay!!? haha - All the stuff that you wrote about women - Im just in awe the whole time Im reading. I guess if you've lived that way your whole life, you dont think anything different - but surely the OBGYN exams was a huge shocker! Oh - and the fact that you can kill for "revenge" WOW! I know some people here that would probably like to hear that one!!
Im glad that your having a good time - the pictures are awesome. You look like your having so much fun! Im so jealous....lol - Nothing has changed here of course!
What are those big tubes with smoke coming out of them? Look like bongs to me...but I assume its something else! They are very cool - how was the apple tabacco?
The Pyramid pictures are amazing...I cant imagine seeing those in person! Did you get to go inside of them? Are you learning stuff about them as you go through them?
You just freakin Rock!! Im so glad that your having a good time! We miss you - but know that your having a good time! Keep the blogs coming, I enjoy them so much!!!

Hey nomad! Was thinking about you the other day and decided to find that travel blog you told me about a while ago. I cringed when I saw the pictures. Not because of the dirt or anything, but because you beat me to egypt! How are the arabic classes going? Fluent yet? Have you made it to any other countries around there? Abby said you asked for my email: godchasern19@aol.com Know you're buisy, but i'd love to hear from you if you get a sec.
Danielle, We are so glad to hear from you. You look like you are having a blast! Soak it all in girl! Thanks for giving us a little history along with your letter and pics, we almost feel we are there with you! All the best,Cam

HELLO DANIELLE Danielle,
I am soooo glad that I was able to open up the blog this time. I am very interested in the actual going inside of the pyramid. I can't believe the 1st people died from the fumes of the pyramid. I like the pic of you with the hooka...I liked seeing the background of the market.
My email is now: lauren.fae.paul@gmail.com
I am going to foward your blog to my Dad. I think that he would like the story and the pics of Egypt. I love hearing about your adventures. I will try to write you an email.
Lauren
Glad to hear from you Hi Danielle-We were starting to worry about you! We're happy to know you're okay, doing well and enjoying the many sites of Egypt. You are certainly on the trip of a lifetime! It seems you are adjusting to the heat since you didn't mention showering once! What's this about cruising the Nile with Ben? Sounds like a date to me. And, what about smoking sheesha? Nasty! Take care and be safe. Steve and Joanne
I'm so glad that you're havingfun! Love the pics and can't believe all the great things that you have gotten to do so far. I'll have to tell my girls about the poison in the pyramids - they are fascinated by the legends :-)
Good Pic Well me being Peruvian i have to say those r nice pics. And me being to MP before it reminds me of how nice it is. Anyways just leaving a comment.
Thanks good pictures - i just became interested in Bolivia with the rising star Morales - hope he makes it to the presidency - it's time for the natives to rule their own country
The first portion of this blog is from when I spent my last semester of college abroad in Valparaiso, Chile at the Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso, finishing up my requirements for my dual degree in Hispanic Studies and International Affairs. I lived with a host family in the neighboring city of Vina del Mar during spring semester of 2005.
July 2007- May 2008 I took off again, this time my travels took me to the other side of the globe - spending three months in Alexandria, Egypt studying Arabic and then 6 months outside of Accra, Ghana working at a UN Refugee camp for Liberians - with ... full info
