Hi! I really enjoy your blog! I am very curious how long you are traveling in SA? Reading your posts makes me want to send you a copy of one of my favourite books: when things fall apart. It is not nearly as dramatic as it sounds!!! It's a buddhist book, but more spiritual than anything. Good for contemplation and poking around inside your head. Happy & safe travels! From one random canadian to the next!
Hey there! I am traveling a total of 3 months, having just completed my first month. Plenty of time left for that glimpse of clarity I so crave! I would love to read the book - my best friend recently gave me Siddhartha to read on this trip, a very beautiful story that offers the beginnings of answers. As for the necklace - I think it was time. A lot of things were within it that needed to be let go of. Today I bought a lovely rose quartz necklace... and I look forward to the adventures we will have together :)
