| 27th September 2009 Crozza and Lee | - From: Koh Phangan Ha ha, matey trust me I put the beef on in NZ and Oz but think I might have sweated it off me in this god forsaken heat! Just got scammed by some tuk tuk driver, he took us to four places which we didn't want to go to (silk shops and jewellary stores) so he could get a gasolene voucher. In the end he didn't get his voucher and he got so angry he wouldn't leave us where we wanted to go. So basically we paid 40 Bhat (I know it's like 50p but still) to be taken no where! It was quite funny to see his little scam back fire on him though, little shit! Went to the palace today, pretty awesome. Going to a thai boxing match tonight then to the weekend markets. We'll pop into that food market tomoz for sure. Love L xx |

| 9th June 2009 Crozza and Lee | Hey T - From: 2 pratts in a tent The Mountain we're staring at is/was considered to be the most beautiful mountain (Alpaymayo) in the world as voted by the World Mountaineering Association (back in 1966!!). The Joe Simpson Mountain is in not in the Santa Cruz trek afterall but in a Huayhush, or something like that - a 9 day trek which we simply weren't hardcore enough for. However, we did get to see the Mountain used in Paramount pictures (the mt that comes on before some films start), awesome. Would have loved to stayed longer in Huaraz coz there's some cracker treks to do and our hostel was fab. Lauren, there are just too many hats dude, I can't cope, I love them all! Am now in surfer's paradise, Mancora, and am trying not to buy anything, just love all the surfers shorts etc. But saving myself for vintage shops in BA, it's my b'day, def buying something there! Love ya. xxx |

Looks like you're having a great time - enjoy it all, soak it up and do things that you'll never do again (easy tiger) as there'll be the memories you have when you get back to this cold, miserable broken land. Everton are doing great (although missed out at Villa on Sunday - uefa here we come), I shopped with Jagielka on Monday in Tesco, npower is good, bubble is better, claire is not going back to work as she has been made redundant and Leo is a few days of walking solo. | 11th April 2009 Le Fromage | Yea whatever?!?! - From: Ola gringos So you're in Rio, a beautiful city in a beautiful country, with not a care in the world, so what? Big Deal! Whatever! Wha i'm most annoyed at is the lack of forewarning of departure to said beautiful city, in a said beautiful country, that being the first leg of previously discussed world trip. I will now have to expedite strategic placement of crusty-haired, soap-dodging, swamp donkeys in all destinations on said world trip. Just to make your experience that bit more authentic and interesting. The wheels have been set in motion though, be warned young harlequins! Enjoy! |
| 10th April 2009 Nevo | White like the moon - From: Ola gringos Glad to see you're both having a great time! I'm in deep depression thinking about hwre you are and what you're getting up to! More pictures of the white moon would be appreciated! |
