we arrived in Phenom Pen Cambodia, where we were finally greeted with some hot weather. The few weeks in Laos had us itching for sun shine. We spend two days in PP checking out the killing fields and prisons from the khumar rouge period. Crazy stuff, thats for sure, especially cause almost everyone you talk to know nothing about it. wowzas! So we entered Loas from Northern Thailand (Chaing Khong) Once over the boarder we spent the night in this sleepy little town with one street and that about sums it up hahah. While looking for a place to book our boat ride to Lunag Probange met 7 finish guys who asked us to rent a boat with them to get to Luang probang instead of cramming on the ferry boat that has bench seating and 70 people for 6 hours one day and 8 the next. SO meg and I arrived in Bangkok after our time in Kulala Lumpur. Wow it has been a while so here we go i am alive and doing fantastically well!!!! I left India on the 10th of December and met up with Hayfa in Bangkok after 3 full days of travel a little sleep. We did a quick tour of Thailand while i was there with hayfa and went and saw loads of volunteer placements and Canadian volunteers in Thailand right now. Goa Goa Goa!!!! We arrived in Palolem Beach and found our home. F hut (we now refer to it as our Fn' hut). meg and I have had a blast. I just arrived back in Mumbai after a glorious week. Goa provided us the necissary relaxation we needed after northern India and everything it does to you hahah. Loads of things to talk about!!!! SO we made it back in India after a crazy 48 hours of no sleep and many forms of transportation. We left Nepal at 7:30 on the eve of the 17th and arrived at the boarder at 4:30 am. The bus which we had been informed was "not one of those crazy Indian public buses don’t worry very nice to put your head back and rest!" Nepal Nepal Nepal, Where to begin!? We arrived in Nepal after a painful 11 hour bus ride from Varanassi to Sounali (the boarder city of India and Nepal) where we got our visas and had a quick nap until we jumped on another bus for 10 hours to Kathmandu. WE made it just barley alive after swerving through the chaotic traffic up the tiny road (switchbacks) as we climbed in elevation to Kathmandu. Namastai from India, So we made it to India After 26 hours of flying and some very sore bums. We had a lay over in Singapore, which was really nice to break up the trip. On Saturday we went to the Bronx zoo, it was cool we saw some crazy animals. I have never seen a giraffe before so i liked watching them haha, the craziest though was watching the gorillas.We are so similar it messes with you. I got some good pics of them, we also saw rhinos, and a red panda bear. tigers, lions,elephants,dear x1000haha , so many animals...... really cool! but above the animals the oddest thing was that you could just buy booze and walk around the zoo getting sloppy.hahah not in Canada.
