| 25th April 2009 Cookiek | - From: Breakdowns in Beijing England may have it's faults, but its one the few places on earth where you can get a decent cup of tea and a proper sandwich. It looks like you had a fantastic time on your travels as well, hope I can take a trip of that length some day. |

I am using it for my English class today( hope you don't mind). Students are really interested in traveling, and I think especially something about China will draw their attention. | 26th March 2009 Cookiek | - From: Italy - Rome, Naples, Pompei I have heard more bad experiences of Rome than good ones. Its so sad really. All I have ever heard is how friendly Italian people are, sadly, it seems that does not extend to the people in Rome. I am a little wary of visiting the rest of Italy now to be honest, we were treated so rudly while we were there. In contrast, we are in Australia at the moment and things could not be more different - we arrived at our hotel at 9am, (the check in time was 2pm) just to ask if we could leave our bags here until check in time, they appologised to us, and gave us a free breakfast buffet while they sorted out a room immediatly, so different to my experience in Rome! |
| 24th March 2009 eddie | romans are plain nasty - From: Italy - Rome, Naples, Pompei We agree with you. From the moment we landed we knew we were up to encountering trouble. They lost our luggage. I was told by the woman behind the counter to move-over with a hand gesture because she wanted to take care of another airline customer first, even though I was first in line. We experienced food practically tossed at us in a restaurant in Trastevere. In a pharmacy, the lady behind the counter after a long sigh of discontent toss a box of sleeping pills on the counter. Everywhere we tried to ask questions, everybody seemed to be very bothered by us, almost angry. They were very self absorded with themselves and just didn't want to be bothered. even at the last minute at fiumicino airport I asked very politely to a woman who was chichatting with a girlfriend in the in an airline counter if she coul tell me where SWISS air counter was ,she said i needed to look at the monitor ;after along few minutes arguiing that monitor only show gates and that the airport did not have signage, she just kept reapeating that she did not know,we finally left her and took five stept and SWiss air was right there ,oposite to her.they even share the same conveyour belt, she was a cunt and i wont even start on the graffitti and trash that covers the city, food was not specially good just reliable, after all is only pasta or pizza |

| 16th September 2008 Chanelle | the secret - From: Italy - Rome, Naples, Pompei have you ever heard of the secret.? its called the law of attraction. look it up. but everything in this universe, good or bad, you attract to yourself. so if you had a bad time, its cuz you let your bad mood get the best of you. next time you decide you are having a bad day, think of things that make you happy and change your mood. I promise you'll have a better day. |

We got one decent photo so I'll email it to you the normal way. Have a great time in Morocco. Jeannie |
