| 9th August 2008 Jan | welcome Home - From: Singapore - on the way home I was not able to log on for some days so had a catch up time this morning. You certainly have made the most of your time. All well here.Have spent the last two days at the Oval watching some really good cricket. Was to go again today but Perdita's Lydia has broken her ankle and wants to come here where there are no stairs to recover. As Linden has not been out of plaster long I am thinking of setting up a fracture clinic and rehab place. When you have recovered from the jet lag, let's have a chat. Love Jan |

| 27th July 2008 Jenny | - From: Quiet day around Cairns Thoroughly enjoying logging on everyday to read the latest blog. Your pictures are lovely - though I don't think I would have held Fluffy! |
| 23rd July 2008 ChrisandHazel | Thanks - From: From the rainforest Great to know that we have a regular reader! Have just added photos to the latest entry so you can see the evidence! Great weather as far as we are concerned here - around 24 degrees not humid and only occasional showers. |
| 23rd July 2008 Jan | - From: From the rainforest It all sounds very pleasant and I love the pics of you both in front of the mural. You look great. You are up north at a good time. It gets very humid and hot in the summer. Linden and I found it rather tiresome though we had a good time in the rain forests. Hot and humid here, by the way. Our one week of summer seems to be taking place. Enjoy it all and keep writing. I love it. Jan |

| 21st July 2008 ChrisandHazel | Weather in Melbourne - From: Just leaving Singapore Good to hear from you. Wet... cold... but it doesn't matter as we have had a great time - our last day here today. Chris (& Hazel) |
| 18th July 2008 jan | Singapore - From: Just leaving Singapore I have had some great stop overs at Singapore. But never knew of the rainforest safari. I really sympathise with the jet lag though. That is why I never have a stop over any more. Unless you can have almost a week, you just have two jet lag periods on the way. Not missing much here. Dull, grey and not at all warm. It was interesting to see the British Open Golf with everyone in woolly hats and wet weather gear. What ever the weather is in Melbourne it could be better than here. Hope you have a great time. Love Jan |
