                    <title>Made it to Squamish...</title>
                    <description>Hey guysWell we left you with frost on the tent and a broken car.  That is all now taken care of.We stayed two nights in Penticton and managed to both fix the car window AND get a few hours of climbing in.  AND we got to check out downtown while waiting for the car no pharmacies or grocery stores but it is somewhat of a Mecca for hair and nail care medical equipment for the elderly and liquo</description>

                    <title>Hard times for Charles and Cissi...</title>
                    <description>Well folks last time we wrote we were in Lake Louise waiting for the sun. The sun DID come out even though it never got warmer than 7C... We got to the crag and started climbing at 10.30 am and gave up around 4 happy and with numb hands. The rock was beautiful tons of colour ledges and lay backs super solid.                     <title>Rained out in Lake Louise....</title>
                    <description>Ok so the weather caught up with us..... We woke up to rain and freezing cold. So much for a day of climbing Oh well we decided to take a day trip to Calgary get some groceries and run some errands. We stopped for lunch at a barconcert venue that turned out to have fantastic sandwiches. Calgary also apparently shuts down on Sundays so after lunch we went back home.                     <title>Tanning in Canmore...</title>

                    <title>Greetings from Winnipeg</title>
                    <description>Hi everyoneWe are sitting in an internet cafe in Osborne Village in Winnipeg.  We slept like rocks yesterday after driving 700 km from Sleeping Giant to Winnipeg.
