                    <description>we finally made it to switz and stayed up for 30 hours straight with a little nap here and there on the plane. pj says its light out so we cant sleep and phillipour hostfriend says its better to stay up and go to sleep on normal switz hours so we can get adjusted easier. i finally talked them into taking a nap after the 30 hour mark so we slept for 3 hours finally. we arrived in switz about 8a</description>
