Vancouver was great, so was Whistler, but I did have other things on my mind at the time. Met up with cousins I hadn't seen for years, got to ski in the pitiful snow. Shenzhen is the place to bargain. It's only across the border from home so its easy to get to. But beware the stench of the river when you cross the border. And watch your pockets. Cheap cheap manicures, pedicures and massages. Yum. Oh and good chinese food.... read more

Thailand is kind of like a second home. On average in my life I have been there 3 times a year. It's cheap and easy, fast to get to (from home in Hong Kong) and my mom loves it there, hence why I have been there a lot. (And free flights from all the mileage we get). You must never do drugs in Thailand! I know someone who almost got caught, stupid idiot. I love Bangkok for shopping. It is great. Always shop in Bangkok. Hua Hin has nice beaches, bit touristy, but still good enough, its another regular hangout. Phuket is also great, really touristy, unfortunately a little ravaged by the tsunami, but I'd definitely go there again. Pattaya is another one like Phuket and Hua Hin combined. I came to visit my sister in Brown University (summer school) but the only thing interesting about this place was the mall. I was there everyday, there was absolutely nothing to do. Duck tour looked like crap. They light these thingies outside the mall which was no big deal. The people were fucking rude, people in cars shout shit at you. At this point I hereby dislike America.
