Right now, I'm ultimately very confused. I've applied for another Associate Faculty position at a school called Rothesay Netherwood School in Rothesay, New Brunswick - which is apparently closer to Maine, USA than actual Canada. Sounds about right. It sounds like an awesome job, much like the one I applied for at Pickering School. I would love something like that because it would be an actual place to live and work and what have you. But then, on the other hand, I've found a room in apartment with a girl called Amanda in downtown Toronto for $550 a month (which yes, is a little bit more than I wanted to budget for, but still) and she looks really nice and friendly. So, as you can see, it's been a very long time since I updated what I've been doing regards Canada. Well, let me explain... The plan was that I would find work and accomodation in a boarding school as a TA in Toronto or Vancouver or basically in one of the top three boarding schools I found that I liked. In the beginning, one replied, however, communication has since stopped. I am sad, this school seemed amazing - if your parents said you had to go to boarding school, you'd want to go here... Plan A was unsuccessful. So, I tried again: Plan B. Contact the next batch of schools that I liked the most. Once again, unsuccessful.
