My first taste of China (Beijing and Luoyang)

I'm off to a 2-week vacation to Beijing. This is the fulfillment of my childhood dream to STEP ON THE GREAT WALL. There is no Facebook in China so I'm sharing my adventure on this blog. People get a better deal out of me in my writing than when I'm talking so I'm saving my family and friends my boring verbal playback. Plus this a way to daily update my brother that he still has to bear with a crazy sister. (unless of course when I get there TB is also blocked).
