| 11th July 2008 Erika Niemann | Nigeria's president - From: Happy 4th From Naija Land I thought you would get a kick out of this, after you boys left Luxor, like two days later the president or whatever they have from Nigeria was staying at my hotel. Thought that was kinda neat. Anyway looks like you boys are keeping busy and having fun. Stay safe ~Erika |

Dad & I are headed home now from Rachael's wedding. Very beautiful. We had a great time as Dad and I found ourselves out on the dance floor quite a few times grooving to the tunes with Brooke and Nate. We are going to the DCC for the firework display tonight. Should be fun. Can't wait to hear from you again. Love Mom & Dad PS. Be careful, be careful (can't close without saying this. --- it's a Motherly thing you know) Love You So Much too and Miss ya |
| 27th June 2008 Franky Carbone | no way - From: Off and Running 70 beers....yea right. I'll believe that when I see it. I hoe you guys are making plenty of camel jockey friends. |
| 27th June 2008 Kyle Joyce | - From: Off and Running I am certainly impressed with your insightful, and might I add, tactful, description of your journey thus far. I spent nearly a year abroad and hardly spoke to anyone. It sounds as if the trek has treated you well and I am glad to hear that there seems to be a responsible party there to oversee Mr. Young's behavior. America is not looked upon in high regard these days and it elates me to know we have such well-rounded diplomats representing us in the Islamic world. Your country appreciates what a loyal service you are providing......Craig, I wanted to remind you that it is not custom of the Egyptians to vomit in the sacred urns holding the decayed remains of their ancestors while in the pyramids, no matter how hung-over you are. Be well bro |
| 27th June 2008 Carrie | Nice to Hear From You - From: Off and Running Hi Brandon (and Craig), It's so good to hear from you. Be careful and don't drink and camel ride! Safe travels. |
| 27th June 2008 Tracie Kelly | Off & Running - From: Off and Running Brandon, Thanks so much for sending me your blog. It sounds like the two of you are truly having the adventure of a lifetime! I can't wait to hear more and of course would love to see pictures, especially the one of you on top of the camel in full turban. We miss you a ton and can't wait to read more. May allah keep you safe. |
