| 15th November 2007 angela | street performers - From: 365 Steps to Heaven i love watching street performers. in london they're in covent garden and some of them are just amazing. i don't know how they do it! in london, dogs are allowed everywhere too! even the bus! i don't mind harmless ones but when we were on the bus, a pitt was on with the owner. pitts are illegal in england but people often mix them so they can't say they're pure-bred. we wrote in and complained so the next time someone with a small lap dog tried to come on, they seem to now need a permit to bring them on the bus which is a blessing since that pitt was by my legs by our groceries!!! usually it's the lower classes (they're called CHAVS= council housing (which is like public housing), aggressive, violent) who own those kind of dogs. i sound snobby saying that, but it's true which is just unfortunate. sigh. |

First, how do you always manage to find someone to take the most beautiful picture of the two of you everywhere you go??? How??? Second, I got a horrible rash from a hot tub in Tofino, BC two years ago..... my hot tub days are over! Third, I truly believe in the thermo pool/spas. When I hurt my leg in Budapest, I swam at the thermo pool at the hotel and my leg, and body never felt better! I slept good too. |
