Well guys today we have actually got up packed, checked out and sorted what time we are leaving................................................................................ Sarah and Paul have left to go to Bangkok to fly to Oz tomorrow- it was really sad saying goodbye to them as they have been great fun and brilliant to be around.................... Well all I can say for today is that it was a total write off for us all!!!!!!!!!!! Spent the entire day in bed wishing we had a TV and some Friends episodes to watch!!!!! We got up about 6pm ish as tonight really was to be our last night here!!!!! So today we had all decided that it would be our last night here and we would leave in the morning after having our leaving do!!!!!!!!!! O my gosh.................... so the plan for last night was to go to the festival and maybe leave the next day, but in our minds knowing full well we probably wouldn't have!!!!!!! So today I was planning on doing my Intro to Diving, whether I'd go through with it when I woke up was another story as seemed a great idea whilst downing several buckets of Sang Son!!!!!!!!!................................................. We had our ritual breakie................ fruit, muesli, and yoghurt, and bumped into some Kiwi/ Aussie guys we had met on the plane flying from Singapore to Bangkok!!!!! Got the Catermaran from Koh Phan Yhang to Ko Tao today and found ok accomodation....................... Started drinking at mid day and meet some diving instructors. Thinking bout doing my Intro to Diving here then the Open Water in Phi Phi......... you dont have to do intro but want to be gradually introduced (its only 30 pound ish)........................ Me, Vix and Louisa scootered down to the beach next to Bottle Beach and got a Boat Taxi over to Bottle Beach- which is only really accessible by boat...........the little man driver then waits until you are ready to return back!!!!! Felt so tight lay their sunbathing while he was just sat there waiting!!!!! I sun bathed abit but beig quite wary as still sunburnt and peeling. O again tried to make it up and out early and as it would seem this would be totally impossible if I was part of the group.................... but its Timmy that is the worst!! With me a close second!!!!........................................................................................................ Timmy was suggesting that I try a scooter again but I didn't want to but he had rented himself a mud bike which would make it a bit of a pain for me to ride on the back..............so I had to try with Louisa, which proved difficult at first but we both got the hang of if it in the end. Today we were determined to get up early and make the most of our day............................ We were renting scooters as its the best and cheapest way to see the island...................... Well we were until I tried to drive one...................couldn't even get it up the drive of the bungalows we were staying at!!!!! Tried and tried but I just wasn't having it!!! Then we rented an automatic from down the road but still I just couldn't balance it!!! Was even wearing a helmet too, well what a sight! We survived the night!!!!!!!! Woke up to alot of commotion outside the bungalow though................................... Couldn't belive it but the owners had arranged for the tree that grows up along side Timmy and Louisa's bungalow to be cut down so they don't have another disturbed night like they did!!!!!!!!!! Apparently the Geikos live in the tree and unless it is chopped down they will keep coming back!!!! There were alot of them found in the trees, i didn't see thank god!!!!
