There are 18 million people in the city because the Chinese govt. forced the farmers to move from the countryside to the city.

You're just supposed to tap the table. If you say thank you, that means you're not eating and is actually considered rude. If I learned one thing from my Chinese medicine education, it's how to thank a server. Totally worth it. Ha. :) And the year of the rat is awesome. I'm a rat. Don't judge me.
