Bored - From: English - the international language? I guess so :(
In a compulsorary tutorial learning how to search the internet. Woo. Very very bored, so thought i'd send you some thoughts. Hope you've calmed down after the whole language thing. You're right, it's all bollocks, and I'm awful at languages, feeling very guilty. But I still want you to know that I think you're doing so well, and that I'm so proud of you. I told you years ago you had a gift for this. How right was I. With love, Charlie of the dragonny dragonny Cymru.

You forgot to add the bit about terribly rude waitress who also spoke to you in English in the Kofe Haus on Sunday! LOL

You are quite right, I wish the police did try to bribe us... My command of the English language is obviously dieing by the minute! What with Russians have endings for subject and object, I guess English word order gets forgotten!

Ha, still here! - From: My first day at school, and some sight seeing.
So you're not doing too badly then. The policemen bribe you over there? Mad! You'll soon find someone to try the vodka with, and you'll just have to pretend you're not drunk like we did quite a few years ago now! I have my suspicions that this 'Will' is an imaginary. At the very least he had no life, that's for sure! x

Glad to know our products had longevity! And perhaps "abismal" is a bit harsh. I take it back (ish) :p

hey - that was my Young Enterprise Company and we didn't have a person helping us. And we had the best presentation. I still have a dodgy belt I bought off you lot.

Well Kati, who ever you are, the brothels I saw were not in the harbour as you believe I suggested (which I didn`t), but in the run down areas on the edge of town. I only believed them to be brothels due to signs in the windows offering "24 hours sexy massage" and the like. It would indeed be a "load of crap" to suggest that they were by the harbour. The waterfront area was quite pleasant when I went for a look, with people fishing and a nice view from the fortress thing. Hope that clears up any misunderstanding.

Thanks for the data! It seems the Russian language issue is indeed a complicated one and perhaps rather simplified by the cabbie to cater for my (very) dodgy Russian!

total population: 72.04 years male: 66.58 years female: 77.83 years (2006 est.) From CIA Factbook. Russian used to be A foreign language, english/german B or C. Now, mostly, russian is B or C. These three languages are mostly taught at school and the A foreign language can vary (french, swedish, english, german) but is never russian. The russian topic is a difficult one and needs more time to explain, but read this blog (not mine) www.palun.blogspot.com. He recently wrote about things that can clear up a few points (an american, writes in english)
