Short message from NEW LAPTOP.
This area is where Melissa worked several ( about 20 ) years ago in an hotel at Castelnau and Baz and I took the caravan via (meaning up and over) the Massive Centrale (sp?). Just loved it. All 3 off now to Buckfast Abbey. xxx

Yes this was a wonderful place and the market is oh so good. Can you remember we visited with you. Very envious would love to go back there. Still Canterbury calls this week - really looking forward to our week in a Motorhome.

Should say "A rathenrr fine campsite shot of Tandy from across the river Orme" - but my laptop is behaving badly and keeps mistyping things ! A bad workman and all that.

Thx Joy
You lucky things being there en France! Lovely day at last. Melissa sent info email about the children's school. They started on Tuesday and have been waiting expectantly to hear but she just got online Friday, when they got landline sorted out. . Am rather impressed & think will send you the school info. It is a file (? ) so I don't think it crams up yr inbox. Tell me...Love R xxx

Calais Dover
We always use this route. We have priced up fuel and overnight stops compared with longer and more expensive ferry crossings and find that as long as we book low rate ferries it always works out cheapest. The extra driving is part of our holiday and we are quite happy to visit Normandy / Brittany en route for places further south. Joy

very good analysis - nice trip
very good analysis report on expenses u incurred for a tour. Travelling to Dover by ferries is a great experience. Once I travelled to Dover by booking cross channel ferries online. If you can make a note on some other routes it might be helpful to us.

Blog
Thanks The flowers were lovely, one of the best reasons for visiting the Alps at this time of year rather than into September, our other option. It's not raining at the moment just a bit disappointing not to have normalSouth of France lovely blue sky weather. Off to sit in the sun while it's out. xx

Dover Dunkerque
Hi We did use this route when Norfolk Lines first opened to passenger traffic but as they became more popular they also increased their prices. We prefer the route via Calais which is also good for overnight stop which we didn't find at Dunkerque. Thanks for your comments. Joy

Good Tour Analysis
Detailing an extremely good spending on a tour to many countries is made up open to all. There is an alternative route from Dover to Dunkerque on ferries promy, a route, which is being preferred by many. If you can make a note on this route it could be more helpful to others.

How?
How do the waves clash at this point? I'm curious. Though it seemsd rather obvious, I'd like to know how and why this happens. I think it's really neat and I'd like to go there one day.
