It may sound deep and philosophical, but its also true- snow doesnt make any sound when it falls. Im going to say it. Not including Australia, which is home and Japan which is ichiban (number 1) Italy is my favourite. Loved it loved it loved it. What can you say about one of the most frequented destinations in Europe? It certainly is a beautiful city and we enjoyed some sunshine and some rain while seeing the sights, had a lovely dinner for Cheridas birthday and had a chance to rest and clean the mud out of everything after Glastonbury!! Over 700 acts, over 80 stages. 177,000 people over 3 days of entertainment. We stayed 5 nights. 300 tonnes of recyclable waste and 110 tonnes of other waste removed from the site. Tickets sold out in 1 hour and 45 minutes. We got ours in the second round thanks to Bec and Shaun sitting on the phone in London. I dont know how much rain. In the fairytale surrounds of southern Germany, castles dotting the landscape amidst rolling hillsides of vineyards pointing towards the languidly looping Rhine, two beautiful maidens Cherida and Amy, met their kind and generous friend Dirk.
