Well I just got back from my Romania/London trip: And I forgot to mention a couple of things, like Greenwich village and the Prime Meridian. The Meridian was cool, but the park and the Museum of Space were cooler, as well as the boat trip to the village. There was also this really cool Greenwich market that I went to. So this last weekend I headed out for Barcelona and the BEACH! I never used the beach at home, but I have taken it for GRANTED. I missed it so much, it was nice just to lay out and tan and jump in the water when it got too hot. Lovely :). Side note: I also visited the Prado last week. What an awesome museum! Alright my friends, Back to Paris! But this time for a grand adventure in DISNEYLAND! I have learned that my Spanish is improving. One hour talking with a ticket sales person about traveling and all in Spanish! hell yeah, I am officially a badass. Welcome my friends to Paris...Here have a flower on me...Forget where you're from, you're in France, children come!I'll show you that French "Joie de Vivre!" I just got back from Paris. What a city! I absolutely loved it there. And this time I didn't forget the good camera! First a disclaimer: I totally forgot my good camera this weekend so I only had the point and shoot with the smallest memory card possible.... so sorry, but the pictures aren't that nice today. A couple of things I have learned: The costumer service in Madrid is not very helpful, but the cops are, so if you are lost you're better off asking the police. They like to wear clothing with English on them, but the translations are often bad. Well I took off on Friday, nervous and excited. I hate planes so I had to deal with a 13 hour flight ahead of me. I was not excited about that part. And I was nervous about the whole, "hey guess what you have to speak Spanish all the time now" thing. But I was on my way to Europe! For the first time! Well I have done it. My tickets are finally purchased, for both the flight and the railpass. I can't believe it! I have been waiting to buy those ticket for so long.
