Wow Its been a pleasure and a honour to share your adventures third hand, what an amazing time you have had. How are you ever going to settle back to dear old blighty? Hopefully you have some new adventure planned even if its more home based and domestic!
I'm enjoying your travels ! Hi both
Really enjoying reading your blog and keeping up to date with where you are. You both look really well and it sounds like you are having the time of your lives. I love the way you write about the things you've seen and the places you've been to, whilst Im sat here in the HEY R&D office I can lose myself for just a few minutes and enjoy the next episode of your travels. Stay safe and take care -- most of all keep enjoying yourselves. TTFN Lou x
Looks Amazing Hi Guys, Am loving reading your blogs, touch of escapism. Nina resigned from CLRN last week. She was being pressured and micro managed by CO who made her life hell - she got 3 months in lieu via process with HR and is working for Louise G at her Solicitors thingy now. Was a few tears on Monday (last day) and whole day sucked - so sudden. We are having a leaving do 30th Nov and if you want to send a message I will add it to her card. Still hateful place to work and Duncan Courtney from Humber is now working as Lead RM&G 2 days a week(made redundant from Humber). I treasure my days at Brigg and look forward to being embedded fulltime.
Anyway glad your seeing and experienceing so much and sharing it with us all

Fantastic blog Great beer blog. and I must say I also enjoyed Singha when I was in Singapore. Will look out for Beer Lao in November when I head to Asia again.
awwww I love these pictures! ENP is such an amazing place!!! One of my fave memories is putting my cuppa down on the deck and a dog ran up and drank my tea out the cup!!
Now we’ve been lucky enough to visit two amazing elephant sanctuaries. The place we went in Laos was a close second – elephants rescued from torture and brought to a place where their wounds (physical and emotional) could finally start to heal. It breaks my heart every time I think of what all those incredible creatures have endured at human hands. It’s only a small reassurance that there are places like ENP and Ele Village educating people about these gentle giants, with the opportunity to experience being so close to them. There are SO many terribly run elephant-trek/ show companies around SE asia, but it only takes a little bit of research to know exactly where you’re going and what your tourist dollar is going towards.
We soooo wish we could have stayed a week at ENP like you guys - maybe one day :)
I'll try to email you a photo - you might recognise the tea-drinking scamp! xx
Meditation I felt I was there with you,so well described. I can see you setting up a centre back in Hornsea. Perhaps this was meant to happen! You will have to teach me, I need this total relaxation.
Dede Mum, we spent the first three days calling him Charlie chops till we were told his name! He was Charlie's lost twin-proper mental and gorgeous too of course :) X
