Hi Francine, Glad you enjoyed the blog. Yes, we booked our tour at Delta Adventure, on the main road in the backpacker area of HCMC (across the street from Highlands Coffee). I don't have the cost info with me, but if you ask them for the three day/two night tour with homestay and overnight on the boat, the price is set on the brochure. Enjoy the trip! Brooke

Hi, just read your blog....your trip through the Mekong Delta sounds amazing, thankyou for sharing. I found it very interesting to see where you have been as it helped me to read my confusing map of the erea and get an idea of distances and the time it takes to get around. I am wondering if you meant that booked your boat trip locally in Ho Chi Minh? Can you give me a rough idea of the cost of a 3 day trip through the Delta please? Hi Michael and Brooke: What a wonderful way of sharing your adventures with us! I want to see pictures of the places you've stayed in too. Just started this so I hope to find food pictures as well. Did you bring your USB cord to plug in...or are you just downloading from your memory card? Good photos thus far. I will write more later. Mom

Craziness! Mike, I hope you get better quickly. Sounds stressful, but I know you guys handled it with grace. And thank you for letting all of us know that the incident could have happened anywhere...so important not to perpetuate fear of travel.
