| 5th February 2009 Johnny | Still Jealous! - From: LOTR Fun and the Beginning of South Island Travels Well I'm not really a LOTR fan, but It's still so cool looking at all the pictures and realizing you're actually where these things were filmed! I'm glad the shopping went well, last time we chatted you seemed pretty concerned about the lack of properly fitting clothing - even though I think new clothes or not you look great! A suggestion for the jeans, fold the excess material up in a single fold.. that seems to be what all the high fashion designers are doing with their jeans this season. So a little update on us. School is very busy and I was also shocked with some very upsetting news yesterday.... Darrel and my valentine's plan are going to be ruined, he has to attend a last minute G8 prep meeting in ROME next weekend.... Now here's where things get good... after being quite pissed off and bitter... Darrel came up with a great Idea... Why don't I just join him!!! It's reading week after all (week of the 16th) and I would only have to miss two classes! So in a matter of a few hours I went from being pissed and upset to extremely excited - I will be going to Rome NEXT WEEK! We leave on the 12th and will be staying until at least the 19 maybe even a day or two longer!!! I'm so excited... I've never been overseas you see! But that's enough about moi... this isn't my blog haha Anyways, you look like you're having a lot of fun and meeting a ton of people... keep these blogs coming they're my favourite distraction for not paying attention in class! I mean how could you not considering it's in the +20s! I'm sure I can speak for everyone, that we are glad to hear you safely made it to Fiji, and have settled into your lovely sounding Hostel. The jealousy, I'm sure all of us reading this are feeling is unimagineable... seriously? Fresh Papaya and a Sunburn... now that's what I call a vacation! On a more perverted note...
