Thanks for your comment. Its an incredibly beauitful country and the Westman Islands are just about the highlight. The building at Storhofoi is some sort of weather station Im pretty sure. (Its the windiest spot in Europe). When we were there (last week of August) it averaged about 12-15 degree maximum, but the cold wind was brutal! Still, totally worth it!

Beautiful! - From: Iceland - The Last Place on Earth
Incredible pictures. I stumbled upon an aerial shot recently of an obscure island, all I had was that it was off Heimaey. Obsessed with the picture, I dug and dug for ANY info on it. Eventually I came across your site, and there it is off Storhofoi! The fenceline points right to it. What is the building on that island, is it a research station or something? Amazing country, and your baby is beautifully happy. What was the temperature when you went?

Lost in Vienna - From: The Cast System (Location: Prague, Vienna, Prague, Vienna, Prague, Vienna...)
Thanks for the photos of the Schonbrunn palace and gardens. I have actually been there...well to be precise was scheduled to be there on our tour but we managed to get ourselves lost in Vienna (I agree, very easy to do) and by the time we found our way back to the palace only had time for a brief look at the outside. Hmmm. So I have enjoyed seeing what we missed!

Answers for the Wright-Smiths! - From: The Cat From Norway Got Stuck in the Doorway (Allegedly...)
1. It’s Anthony in the waterfall pic (do I look like a girl?) 2. No, we didn’t catch the fish - we’re not good at fishing like you and your dad! It was just in the market. 3. About the breastfeeding, I only saw 2 seconds but you don’t exactly expect to see that on your hotel TV. So ANY info is too much! 4. No, the babies didn’t keep us awake - the rooms must have been pretty sound proof! But it was so weird to walk into “reception” and see all the babies being pushed around in those clear plastic tubs by their mothers! PS. Get better soon Sam!

How are you going - From: The Cat From Norway Got Stuck in the Doorway (Allegedly...)
HOWDY! Is the game uno that you are playing an English game or a Prague game. I wish I was there to see all the stuff and views that are in the pictures. Do you get tired when the sun never sets and do you feel like sleeping beauty when the sun never rises. Its really funny that the sun rises and never sets. HOWDY PARTNER!!!!!!!!

Unanswered questions! - From: The Cat From Norway Got Stuck in the Doorway (Allegedly...)
Hiya guys! A few questions from us re. the many photos - elisha wants to know if it's Anth or Steph in the waterfall pic in a blue jacket, sam wants to know if you caught the fish? I want to know Anth how/why you KNOW there was too much information on the breastfeeding channel??? Surely after all your years of guinea pig breeding you'd have the whole mammalian lactation thing worked out anyway???!!! We're all wondering if the babies kept you awake at night (well, all of us except pete, who's out tinkering with the new boat - yes ANOTHER new one - 2nd in our 7 months down here - lesson learnt - boats bought on ebay might look great but might not always be quite big enough for the family!) Sam says to tell you he's sick, if only he could read to know i've done that! Hoping you're all well and over the latest adventure! God bless.

Shopping.... - From: Venturing outside the city...
And what's wrong with going to Melbourne to shop? I've given up on the shops in Nowra/Culburra and am heading south to do some shopping myself! Oh, and I'm also visiting my sister for her baby shower while I'm there!! The kids all loved your photos - Sam pointed to the screen and declared straight away "Anthony and Steph!!" We all think the houses etc in the photos look like more of lego land! As for vacation vs holidays, I think you go on a vacation while you're on holidays!! Interesting that you mention lilos on the river being a popular mode of transport. Here in Wagga Wagga in the summer it is popular too on the Murumbidgee. Although with a local custm possibly not seen in the czech republic .... quite often a portable foam esky is towed behind for beverages!

Hi guys, just showing my mum who's down what your travel blog looks like - she's very impressed! Thank you so much for the pic of Anth on the chair at the Tower of London - my dad has just come back from a trip to the FA Cup final and showed us his photos tonight, and of course my dad being my dad, he couldn't remember what the big red chair was in the photo! Imagine my humour and our giggles when we saw the same chair under Anth's backside, clearly labelled (the chair, not his bot!!), so that I could tell my very own father where THE chair was!! Thanks guys! God bless!

Canola (or Rapeseed) confirmation : ) - From: Lego and Beer in the Land of Hamlet
From Jac! (how smart does she sound!!!) This could either be canola or rapeseed as they both look the same when they are grown. Canola is essentially a type of rapeseed. Rapeseed, if it is going to be used for biodiesel has usually a slightly different composition to canola as instead of having the fatty acids that make good cooking oil and margarine (C18:1) they have different fatty acids that are a longer chain (C22:1) which is better for use in combustion engines like diesel ones. There is some work being done in Australia for Biodiesel... not that we are involved in however it is still in development stages.
