There's only so much time that one can spend in a village, so my cousin and I decided to take a few days trip to Karpacz, which is about a 2 hours drive from Wrocław, near the larger city of Jelenia Góra. Karpacz is a lovely small town nestled in the Karkonosze, a smaller mountain range in southwestern Poland. The highest point here is Śnieżka, which is 1603m high and right on the Czech/Polish border.
