Love the pics. Your cover shot is similar to a picture I took there-

Aoraki/Mt. Cook National Park
with totally different weather and from much further down. No uphill hikes for me!

Rain
Hi guys, If it makes you feel any better it is still raining in the North Island. We are in Northland, heading up to Spirits Bay and it is pretty soggy here too. Not going to be much comfort to you given the direction you are going but it is still warmer than South Australia. Have a great Christmas and NY. Looking forward to seeing you in January.

Missing Friend - Torres del Paine/El Calafate
hi A good friend of mine, Ronan Lawlor from Ireland, is missing in southern chile/argentina. The last known whereabouts we have for him are torres del paine around Nov 18th. His rucksack was found in the America del Sur hostel in El Calafate. Ronan was due to collect his rucksack after 3 days trekking in the Torres del Paine on November 20th. If you have met Ronan on your travels or have any information please contact his family who are desperately worried at inforonan@gmail.com A website has also been setup http:www.ronanlawlor.org which is being kept uptodate with information from the local authorities as well as the Irish Embassy in Buenos Aires Many Thanks, Lisa

What an adventure so far
Wow I have been reading your journal entries and following the adventures you both have experienced so far on your world trip, fantastic. I have been to many parts of Asia and I'm defiantly going to have to add South America to my list of places I wish to visit. Your photos are wonderful and your descriptions of different places and how you got there great and very informative. Have a great journey and enjoy the rest of your trip, I look forward to your next adventure. PS: If you need any travel tips about Asia I may be able to help. Have fun.

Good times...
Hello! I have just read through your previous blogs and it is so good to hear your tales! We got back to the UK from a year RTW trip in January, and did nearly exactly the same route as you, so its brilliant to hear your stories and see your photos!! Especially as I am now sat at my desk in work dreaming of this time last year! Hope you enjoyed South America - it was by far our favourite place, although Laos and Cambodia come a close second! Have fun Zoe

Sunset image
Hi there, I'm building a website for some clients in Coromandel who have some beautiful sunset views from their accommodation, but not at this time of year unfortunately. They are looking for a sunset image to use in the mean time. Would you give them permission to use this photo in the web banner behind text and logo? If so what sort of credit would you prefer i.e name at bottom, money, or none of above...? Kind Regards, Rebecca
