Eric and I are falconers in the Nebraska Sand Hills with family on the east coast. So we are starting to do a bit of traveling in the US and thought that this would be a cool way for family & friends to be able to keep in touch...

Hey Everyone, In the beginning of the season we had a complete blast on both grouse, crows, and ducks with Worf (Eric's Gyr x Barbary tiercle) hunting so much like his younger self. Unfortunately as of late he has been prone to sitting rather than flying. Today sadly, Worf was officially fully retired from hawking when he hit a fence post headlong (not at a high rate of speed). The Loup County fair is always a fun time to get out and ham it up a bit.
