So yesterday the thai language classes went on an excursion to the floating markets located about an hour out of bangkok. Even though i had been there the year before with mummy (:P) i figured since it was free it wouldnt hurt going back again. So what has happened over the past week? Hmm nothing much. Midterms are over and it's back to class but its now only a week till the parents are over here in thailand. I went to Lopburi over the weekend which was cool. Just an over night trip. The place is famous for its monkeys and while only and few hours out of bkk is not very touristy. So yes. I got woken up at 10.30 with a phone call from my land lord saying that sum men would be coming around in half an hour to fix sum things in my room and check out my so called termite problem. So yes, finally, after much anticipation, i am 21 years YOUNG :P I spent my first moments of being 21 being woken up by urgent knocks on my door to which i discovered was a security guy with a spare key to my room, it must have dropped sumwhere.. this was at about 6.30. Ahh wat a week! Let me start of with last monday, horrible monday... i woke up late for the meeting before my group presenation, got to uni, realised i forgot my usb and had to go home, got back to uni, found out the bloody thai students had changed ALL of my research and got rid of it. Hmm well, let me start from the start.... On thursday night at 7.30 caught a VIP bus to koh samui. Surprisingly, much to ur dislike dad for the bus, it was quite good. We got plenty of snacks and the chairs we really nice and spacious and they reclined, much better than economy flight chairs, think sumthing like business. OMG i didnt relise that i havent written in here for a while! Time sure flies by! I guess im settling now and everything seems just my normal day to day life, nothing interesting :P SO what has been happening? Where do i start?? This long weekend was So amazing and So much happened so u are going to have to bare with me as it is most likely that i will forget bits and pieces. But lets just start with the fact i took over 300 photo's which is testimate to this place being utterly AMAZING! So where d i start.....??? Nothing much to report of late. I have have the boring task of going to classes and handing up assignments. Also to the fact that thais have an amazing habit of running late, ALWAYS! Yesterday it was 45 minutes, today it was 15 so not so bad, but it gets frustrating sum times. Went to RCA again last night, and it was good.
