Hey Everyone! I am alive and kicking. What a whirlwind its been! I actually got on a plane (!) and ended up having one loooooooooong trek to Zambia. I had a stop over in Amsterdam, and was very eager to see the sites. I was so stoked and found my way into the city, despite the language barrier and waited outside the tourism office until it opened so that I could get some advice. Hi Friends and Family, So, technically I should be on a flight to Amsterdam right at this very moment...but it didn't really work out that way. Why? Because U of T and its travel agency fails. Catie ( a family friend) and I drove to the airport well on schedual, ready to go and all excited. I was mentally prepaired to leave- had said goodbye to the siblings, the house, the cat, and had eaten as much mango chutney as I possibly could have. Hi all, Thanks for the awesome amount of support! I can't believe I leave in 3 days! Am I ready you ask? Definetly not. Mum's wedding was on Saturday and it was a blast. Soooooooooo many people came. I didn't know that we knew so many people. Seriously. It was a great way to catch up with some old friends and bust out some grooves (that's right, you know I did!).
