The answer is one more. No honestly it's true. I feel i should share an interesting experience with you. On a recent trip to a market town - Chichicastenango (3 hours away from where we were in Lago de Atitlan) we were on a 36 seater bus but peaked at more than 70 people. We both unfortunatley ended up as the third person on a two person seat and then a rather rotund lady decided she would squeeze in the middle of the seats which is only 30cm wide and wedge herself. Hello Everybody! How are we all...haven´t heard much recently?¿ We are currently in Leon in the North West of Nic. we started in San Juan del Sur after i wrote the last blog...took a very long journey there having much trouble at the borders. Thank goodness for other travellers who can speak Spanish! Hi Everyone. We're having definatley more fun here than in the U.S. The food has been most welcome - lots of beans and rice - but is filling so it's good. No doubt whether its the rainy season... the heavens open every day for most of the afternoon but luckily we have gigantic ponchos that we throw over the top of everything. The state of our spanish is slowly improving as we have no choice because not alot of people speak English. Hello all. Sorry it's been so long since writing. Alot has happened in the past few days as well as last weeks. We are safely in L.A, arrived on tues 20th, going back in time for us from Fiji...very confusing. Not managed to change our ticket for Costa Rica until the 26th so we are tightly scrimping in the U.S until we go. Fiji was amazing. Hello, this is just a quick blog to let you all know we're ok and arrived in Fiji safely. Not alot of internet going round so this is our first opportunity. This country is AMAZING!!!! We never ever want to leave the people are fantastic and the scenery is wondeful. Have been diving and saw a 4.5m lemon shark!!! We stayed at a place which was like staying with a fijian family. they were so friendly. Can't say much more as got to go. Helloooo!!! Seems so long since i've written one of these. Anyway lots to say... got to Cairns (actually pronounced 'cans; would you beileve) on sat after very long journey on a decidedly rubbish plane - compared to what we're used to! We ended up sleeping most of the day then heading into Cairns centre where they have an esplanade with a massive lagoon which is free to swim in and you can do BBQs there too. we spent first two days lounging around there then on the third day Ant did not one but TWO bungy jumps. its with a company [View Full Entry]

We are now in Singapore having come from a 30 hour journey (starting the 29th march)from ko tao to Kuala lumpur where we stayed for 2 nights. the journey was terrible. we nearly got ripped off by one woman saying we didnt have the right tickets when we did, we had to get about 7 different means of transport and we got to one of the stations for a changeover at 2 in the morning and had to sleep on the floor until 9 o'clock. Just got back from the beach where i realised i had been swimming in sewage water so thought i would give more swimming a miss. Got up at 6.30 today to dive so while kim sleeps im writing this. ko tao, where we are now, is a cool little island which is a bit of a diving mecca and less crowded than ko phan ngan so we're really enjoying it. Still quite lively but no druggies and weirdoes. we dived yesterday in the afternoon where we did buoyancy and navigation. it was horrible as visibility was only 2metres. today was really [View Full Entry]

Hello! HAPPY EASTER! You will all be pleased to know we are still alive after the Full Moon Party last night!
