Hellaos, hellaoas! Sorry, couldn't resist playing with Laos now that I know you don't pronounce the final 's'. Fantastic photos and really interesting exploits - the ziplining sounds amazing, if slightly hairy! I was puzzled by New Year's Eve photo showing a manapparently trying to put a pillowcase over his girlfriend but later shot revealed it to be a Chinese lantern, Silly me!
Lots of love, Mum/Patxx
Mike's tubing tee-shirt Hello you two! Tubing sounds great fun - am sure I'd have enjoyed it in my youth! I'm intrigued by the picture and slogan, neither of which I can see properly, on Mike's black tee-shirt. Please enlighten me! Love, mum/Pat
Loop that Loop! Crazy people! Glad I didn't know you were going to play at Easy Rider before you did it! Thanks for saving me from stress. Sounds amazing and lake looks absolutely beautiful. Glad the animals showed you some respect Katie and moved out of your way or could it just be that they've heard about your way with hamsters and decided through sheer terror to let you pass by quickly?!
Love Mum x
Trains, tuc-tucs and toilets! I love the sound and look of both the bamboo train and the batmobile-tuc-tuc! Sorry you had to inspect the local plumbing so frequently though. Glad you finally got the antibiotics. Michael, you look very much at home in the tuc-tuc - could it be a future career option! Love Mum/Pat
Top chefs! Great blog; some lovely photos. It sounds as though you really loved Cambodia and its people. Your tuk-tuk driver for the temples trip sounds like he was a real asset. Love, mumxx
Graceful exit You two really know how to live life on the edge! What a tale - your exit from the hostel that is.Even though I knew that you'd made it to your bus on time, my heart was in my mouth reading your account! Much love, Mum xx
