Hi Dude!
Firstly I don't see the purple wiggle resemblence - will have a stern word with rozzle about that.
Sounds like you are having a wonderful time and wish I had the time (and money) to come for a visit.
Stay healthy and will chat to you soon.

Lisa I am so thrilled you are enjoying your adventures, you are so brave and I am in awe of you undertaking such a trip on your own, well done and enjoy!
Travelling into Queensland Lisa,
It is nice to hear you are travelling well apart from a dodgy GPS. Usually they are very reliable - it may be that the 12V power supply may be droppping out of the connection to the GPS or something similar.
I think the QLD authorities are pretty hot on parking or camping inthe wrong spots but it is very tempting given the magnificent views of the coast and inland.
I will look up how to do the photo's so you can space your travel blog with a few well chosen pictures. I hope you have bought a small $10 tripod from a Cheap as Chips type store and then you can use the delay picutre system in the camera to take some pictures which include you nin the photograph.
Cheers and enjoy your touring.
Nick
Life on the Road Lisa. Life on the road is not all its cracked up to be - I find that the good bits are the places you visit and the advantage is that you don't need to stay in the ones you dislike and can stay longer in the ones you do. Sounds easy but does not always work when you are on a schedule - looks like you needed more time to enjoy life in some of the towns along the way. Hope you can finally rest a bit and enjoy yourself in Byron Bay and that Iris is comfortable with the annexe up & space to set up your luxurious gear. (Funny how small pleasures become hugely important in your situation). Have a great stay. Jim
Go girl! Glad you're off and racing and enjoying the scenery. When it gets tough just remember that the worst day on holiday is still better than a day at work. I wish I were coming with you, Sam xx
Dress appropriately Ha ha, you and your skirt and t-shirt....are you sure it wasn't a tank top? ;) Better bust out the thermals hun :) Sooooooo jealous!!! Be safe......miss you xx
whaddaya mean cupcakes!!!! Hi Love!!! well congratulations to you! I can just imagine your face pulling at Fizz, ha ha, just remember to breathe and be nice. I look forward to seeing you in the near future. xxx did you hear Abby and Lad are engaged?? xxxx
So its Iris then? Lisa!!!!!!!!!!! I had forgotten, or never really knew what your bus was going to be called. I knew it would have a name, due to 'Lisa's car naming tradition'.
At the Grampians already - wow. And well done on the blog. Ha haha, never thought id see the day.
Looking forward to your arrival in airlie if you decide to drop by ;) xxx

Great Expectations Lisa,
I joined the Travel Blog and then I did a search on your name and found your Blog. It sounds like a great start to a new adventure - climbing the hills in the Grampians can lead to some breathtaking scenery - I guess the hot chips are a reward for all the calories burned up in the hiking!
I sounds like Iris is going to be reliable and safe with a lockable door or two to keep the 'drop bears' out of the cabin (Koala's)
It will be great when you add some pics to the travel blog - remember that family want to see you in the pictures so buy a small tripod at a 'cheap as chips' or similar and put it on a fencepost and use the delay on the camera set for 5 or 10 seconds to get the picture with some scenery in the background. If you can't find the delay setting ask someone else who is using a camera to show you.
Good luck with your journey and stay in touch.
Best wishes
Nick
