Day 3:

Our alarm was set for 8AM however Becca slept through it, i'm just glad it wasnt me, we were lucky as our bus came back for us. After a two hour journey from Bangkok we rrived at 'Sams Guesthouse', it was a bit of a slum floating on a river but we knew we could handle it. After settling into our room we visited the Bridge over the River Kwai, it was pretty cool, we then had an early night.

Day 4:

We were picked up at 8AM and headed to the Erawan Waterfalls. There were seven different stages to which we climbed up, at the top of the waterfalls stages 3 and 4 were lovely. On our way up the waterfalls we came across a few monkeys, me being naive tried to get as close as possible to them but this backfired when the erratic monkey started chasing me and hissing at us. When we got to the top of Erawan we attempted to catch a few sunrays. Making our way back down the falls we had a quick dip in the rivers, had a few giggles as the fishes were nibbling on our feet. Had a nice free lunch, got picked up and went on our first train in Asia. When we got back to the village we went out for a cocktail, as we had a long day we were tired so had an early night.

Day 5:

Today we travelled from Kanchanaburi back to Bangkok in order for us to get transported to Chang Mai.
