Had a very educational day today.. and quite scary!

Last night we went and planned a day trip to a place called The Cu Chi Tunnels which is basically an underground series of the smallest, hottest, darkest, claustrophobicy tunnels you can ever imagine! They were made during the vietnamese war for the suvillians to live in and were built so small so that the american soldiers couldnt fit in them!

We went and learnt about those and had to crawl through meters of them and everyone came out sweating buckets as it was so ridiculousllyyyyy HOT!

We came back and are now just chilling before we go out for dinner as the heat just saps out all your energy.

Oh another thing, the SMELLS in this country are revolting! Every few meters that you walk there is a different smell of the strongest fish or mouldy feet or some other strange thing. Oh and I jumped out of my skin twice today because there were two dead rats in the middle of the pavement and a veitnamese man just started laughing his head off at me. I suppose that must be a normal thing to see here :S

Im trying to upload some pictures to this but I'm not sure how to do it but hopefully I will figure it out! We are going on a day trip tomorrow to the mekong dwlta which should be interesting and then going to go on our first long train journey up the coast!

Dont know when Ill next be near a computer so Ill say bye for now and Ill update you when I next get chance!
