At 10 am sharp, Eddie and brother were waiting with their bikes. It took about 10 minutes to get to the cable car and then we paid for the tickets to the cable car and amusement park (320,000 each) and took our 15-minute ride across the ocean.

After storing our stuff in the lockers, we started to wander around. Turns out that the rides had schedules you had to look at to see when they were open. They would only be open for an hour and then would close for one or two hours. This was true for all the rides but one: the slide. That was always open.

They had a lazy river that encircled all of the water attractions and a white sand beach next to it. We decided to go ahead and try to get on a ride, but almost the only thing open was the tsunami. So we climbed up and there was a worker there waiting and there was a double tube lying vacant beside the entrance. Obviously, we took that tube, and he told us to set it down in the entrance and then get in...backwards. Later we realized this was something special

hard to see, but it's sort of swimming around in there
he made us do, but when we did it, I was first and I thought Ronald was going to topple over on top of me! It was fun and we went in search for something else. We went on a few more, and I went on the Space Hole and ended up shaking for about 5 minutes afterwards because I'd had no idea what was going to happen. Basically you are in the slide and can't see anything until you see a large drop into the abyss. After that it drops you out into a large saucer-like area and then you fall through the small hole into the pool below. So not prepared.

Anyways, all in all, it was fun. The food was terrible, but the beer was really cold. We went to the aquarium and went on the swings. It was raining when we went on and all I could think was that that was probably illegal in the US. Also, the arcades were free so we did some of those before leaving at around 16:00. Once on the mainland we called Eddie and they picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel. Ronald has pictures

a bit bigger and easier to see. they had all the rest and the older ones are crammed into that tiny space
from the day on his waterproof camera, so I'll upload those later.

Ronald decided to dye his hair again because the water from the hot springs had turned it sort of white (mine too). So we asked for green, she showed us, we agreed, they dyed it, and it turned out blue. She redyed it, and it turned out blue. So now his hair is blue. We redyed my hair too, so I hope it sticks!
