On Wednesday 7 September 2011 the Inauguration Ceremony of the VTV Program Production Center (VTV means Vietnam Television) was held in Hanoi. The Vietnam Television Center Project is funded by Japanese ODA loan, that's why you can see Vietnamese and Japanese flags on both sides of the stage.

After the ceremony finished, the Chairman of our company from Japan invited all staff to have lunch at a Chinese restaurant in Hanoi's center.
