ok so here we are on the last blog on the last day of our stay in krabi, and pretty much the end of the trip. my head is full of mixed emotions. glad to be coming home but sad that this holiday is nearly done.
i'm up early and looking out the window at the torrential rain. i hope this is a good sign because the barman said that if its heavy rain it will pass quickly, light rain stays for a long time. we are booked on a speed boat trip to the 4 nearby islands this morning so a bit of nice weather would be good.

krabi - or more specifically ao nang has been a top spot to wind down after the stresses of a long trip. the villas here have 2 large swimming pools which have had a pretty good work out from us this week. lizzies swimming has come on a long way. in between pool visits we have been shopping, visited a night market, been shopping, went to a thai cooking school - thankyou mrs ya, been shopping, went on a boat to railay beach, been shopping - you get the idea..
