Arrived here yesterday to beautiful Koh (island) Samui, hot and beautiful! We booked the resort at ShaSa from home....very beautiful and quiet, but a bit isolated. the restaurant is very fancy and $$$$. Will have to find a store for snacks and the like so we are not in the poor house! Not a lot of plans for this stretch...maybe go to the 80 m waterfall or for a little snorkel in a few days?

Laura and Sean, 40-something medical professionals, have taken the three kids, ages 7, 10 and 12, on our first adventure to Thailand in April 2012.
Laura is now in the Czech republic with Junior Team Canada as team physician at the world Ball Hockey Championships.... full info
