Night Out In Club Land

We had a mad night out in koh Samui and it first started off in burghaus bar in central Lamai where the music was banging tech-house. We had a few beers to get us in the mood followed by a blue lagoon cocktail the only problem with this bar was it was empty, blinding music but empty. So we decided to walk back to our hotel assuming that this is as lively as koh Samui gets. On the way back we passed a club called Fusion and decided to have a quick look to see whether it was the same as the last place. But when we went in it was heaving there were loads of Thai people having it large on a Thursday night!

We stayed for a beer and soon ended up dancing, in fact I danced for about three hours and a further two hours in the club we went to next called sub bar.

Mark was getting lots of propositions and I had one or two myself from girls though they loved dancing with me for some reason. By the end of the night we had our own little entourage and it was good to find out how the people of Koh Samui let their hair down.

In the sub bar there was lots of half naked women dancing on the bars, Mark could not believe his luck and wished he had brought the camera out and if I remember rightly it was the video camera he wanted.

There were ample photo opportunities all night, we would have liked to capture our new found friends on camera and Mark dancing does not happen every day. The Thai’s have got much more stamina than us we had to surrender at 5.45am and stubble home, while they all carried on.

The beach and the moon looked amazing on the way back, yet another kick to us for not bringing the camera out again. We had a few hours sleep and of course we felt a little worst for wear for the rest of the day, but worth it because we both agreed it was the best night out we have had for a long time.
