Cool off after a day on the peds
Kho Ph Ngan! We arrived on the island on a extremely wet day and spent two nights in Haad Rin on the south of the island which were also V-wet but it was nice to get cosy in our big luxury bungalow..

We originally wanted to stay in the north of the island on Thong Nai Pan Noi beach, so when the weather cleared up we headed up there away from Haad Rin (which was a bit more Magaluf than Thailand to be honest), and we found a really good cheap bungalow right on the beach which was much more picturesque and chilled than the south.

So! cue lots of sunbathing swimming eating and chilling playing connect four! Also we had time to squeeze in another cooking course which is always a good idea! We really enjoyed it here and the Restaurants and bars were so good and the people were really friendly and cool and there was always a party to go to, We also got a motorbike and went around a few other beaches and saw the Island that way and all in all its a nice place indeed (although the roads are

So many nice beaches around Ko Pha Ngan
pretty steep and dangerous I've never seen so many people with massive scabs cuts and bruises and bandages! you don't even have to ask what they've done!).

Speaking of parties, Kho Ph Ngan is famous for its full moon parties which is basically anything up to 30.000 people descending on Haad Rin to go nuts on the beach until sun up (and further than that if you want) we were a bit sceptical beforehand about it thinking it might be too much with Aggro and being offered drugs and people acting like idiots basically, but infact it was really great, a good vibe no hassle at all and lots of like-minded people just having a blast! (so don't write it off till you've tried it!)

Now were back in Bangkok for a dew days and its nearly time for our flight to Hong Kong and the start of our Chinese Odyssey.

See you in China P&E
