Another Meal!
Hey everyone,

What can I say.......went to the full moon party! It was absolutely mental, think of the maddest nightclub u have ever been to and times it by 50 and you may get some idea of what it was like! that doesn,t even do it justice! We stayed in Koh Tao and got the catamaran across to Koh Phangan at around 6pm, met a guy on his own called Dean from cornwall so he hung around with us for the rest of the night. We don't have any pics as it was going to be too dodgy, and we only took a certain amount of money so we didn't have any wallets or bags. We all got something to eat and sat and chilled before the madness kicked off, the place was full of freaky folk and i mean freaky but it was good fun. I was standing doing a pee in the sea along with around 100 other dudes when a speed boat full of soldiers with m16 pulled up right beside me, i would have pissed myself but I was already doing one. I pulled up my fly and walked in the opposite direction.....dodgy or what! Later

Mitch Buchanan!
that night we sat under a tree as it started to rain and this guy flaked out beside us, I heard his accent and he was Irish, we told him we were scottish and he reacted like he had won the lotto. We got chatting and then the rest of his group came along, sat down beside us and we have all been friends and travelling around ever since. After a 14 hour drinking session we headed for the boat back to Koh Tao, but first we all had to get a taxi to the pier, it was the scariest ride we have ever been on, along the way we saw a bad motorbike accident, everyone was very quiet after that.
The next day we had to sleep and didn't get up till 5.30pm and when we woke we were trapped in our mozzy net by two huge lizards prancing around the room. They stayed behind the mirror for hours till we went out. The day after we got a long tail boat to Nangyuan Island which is right next to Koh Tao and is privately owned and stunning to catch some rays. That night we had a bucket night

and James, one of the craziest guys I have ever met and Mitch stayed out till 7.00am, I was well ill the next morning and Gill went sunbathing while I suffered. On the Saturday we left for Koh Phangan, as we walked to the pier Gill fell over a stone and went tumbling, bags and all, it was very graceful! lol. We had to sit on the open top deck of the catamaran as there were no seats, this turned out to be like having a sea shower we were drenched, we might as well have swam to Koh Phangan, it was good fun though apart from everyone around us barfing! In the taxi to Thong Nai Pan beach we met another couple called John and Vicky from Ireland, we all hung out together for the five days we spent there. We found a place called Dolphin Bungalows and these were the best bungalows we have found so far. One of the days Gill and I decided to hire a moped and go round the island, the roads were the worst roads as there was no tarmac only dirt, I actually said to gill "It's a good job our mums

Another bucket night!
can't see this!" We got half way up a hill and the bike started to die, the guy forgot to tell us that there was no petrol in the fecking bike! You can imagine our reactions, there was a few shouts happening, that is so typical of Mr and Mrs Bean! We got help from an american woman who took gill to get petrol, by the time she got back I had accidentally locked the ignition, you can imagine gills reaction, there was a few shouts happening again. We got it sorted and eventually saw most of the island and turned out to be a really good day! We arrived in Cambodia on the 1st Feb we will update you soon, hope everyone is well and good luck to everyone going back to River City I will be thinking of you! cheers and speak to you soon. x x x x
