Pai was a great little hippie town to go visit for about three days, I would say. Renting a motorbike was our best decision because the actual downtown of Pai consists of about 3 streets, so it was crucial that we have that bike to take us to the other sites that were a bit further away and not have to worry about a) missing the site or b) figuring out how to get a ride there. I discovered that the pants I'd bought in Chiang Mai for 200 baht (I bargained her down from 300) had a starting price of 100 in Pai. Annoying. There's really not much to do there, so if you're looking to just unwind, relax with nature, maybe go on a nice hike, hang out at waterfalls, or hang out at some hot springs, Pai is the place for you.
