We made it! After a extremely intense day of traveling we arrived safe and sound in Bangkok. Our hotel is super cool (thank you, Mom/Alice) and we had never been so excited to lay down on a bed.
We were so exhuasted and Jet Lagged that the rest of the day was spent relaxing. A little pool time and the worlds most fantastic nap was all we had in us.
The plane ride was the most challenging 13 consecutive hours of our lives due to the worlds most uncomfortable seats. We had a 2 hour lay over in Taiwan and a 15 minute lay over in Hong Kong. So we feel like world travelers even if all we see are the airports. We traveled for about twenty hours straight and boy are we happy to be in Bangkok!

As you two are beginning your travels and freedom, I have just started back teaching high school in South Central LA for the next 4 months! Haha. What a contrast. Looking forward to more tales...keep the trekking up, no matter how tired you are. I'm sure it will all be worth when you have the memories. :)
