Just landed in Bangkok
Arrived in Bangkok a little past midnight last night. oh the humidity. i love it. The Chatrium riverside, even arriving in the evening is a beautiful hotel. We got upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom suite city view, and we opted to pay a little extra to get the river view. Totally worth it. Sandbags neatly piled everywhere since the flood is still a reality. This starts off our 1 month of travel. I'm so excited.



Highlights:

1st scam, tuk tuk driver to "pashion district, make you a suit!"

Boat ride on the chao phraya river, saw a dead doggy floating by. circle of life :(

MBK shopping center, curry lunch!

Evening swim at the Chatrium
