Day 23 - Last Pictures from the Trip

Day 23, Final Day Part 2. Last Pictures...

We had most of the day here on our last day in Bangkok. Our flight is not until 7:30 pm. This morning after breakfast, we went to the other side of the river, then walked to the Oriental Hotel - one of the oldest and most expensive hotels in Bangkok. We could not get in because I had shorts and flipa flops on. They said they had dress code there and we were obviously from the wrong side of the tracks - or river as the case may be. Anyway, we then walked to the Shangri-La hotel. We had stayed at the Shangri-La in Delhi, India and heard their hotel in Bangkok was very beautiful. It is nice so we had lunch there along the river.

We are now enjoying our final hours in the Executive Lounge at the Hilton. We have a couple of hours to kill before we head to the airport to catch our flight home.
