What a weekend

So where do i start??

On friday at 11am a group of us (13 to be exact) took a trip to Koh Samet island.
We caught a minibus from century near victory monument then caught a speedboat to the island which took about 3 hours all together. I had to kinda lead a little as the exhcnagers didnt really know what they were doing. But all in all it was a great weekend. We rented out 2 rooms with 7doubles beds combined and enjoyed the great food, company, cocktails and beaches around us. It was a great weekend and i scored my self a nice tan :D

We came home yesterday and got back about 5.30 if i remember correctly.

Today was my first day at thammasat university. Dressed in my uniform me and a few other exchagers left early to ensure that we could arrive to our class on time and be able to actually find it!! In which we didnt... we had to get a lady to take us there but in my defence all i got told was room F338 and there is no building that starts with f or anything, it turned out it was in the multi-purpose building! What does that have to do with F????

Our teacher is from texas in the states and the course seems straight forward and easy. The classes are in english and we divided into our groups. We have no exam and 2 assignments worth 33% each and participation is 34%. We thought it was a 3 hour class but it turns out it only goes for half an hour (which is our ajarn (professor/teacher) to discuss our progress with our group assignments. So all in all easy!

After that we went out for lunch and found this HUGE hidden area of all these food places which was awesome! We then to the ferry and walked back to my place where i did my first laundry run. Now i can see my clothes hanging out on my balcony, they will take a while to dry, its been quite cold here apparently it hasnt been cold like this here for a while.

So im off to class soon at 5-6 for society and economy which should be interesting.
