JetskiMe stuffing my face as usual
Been a hectic week, so much going on I can't even think where to begin.
I had a horrible yes horrible job working a PROMO (which really i think they shouldn't hire models unless the models are with a promotional agency) handing out cards sprayed with a new Chloe perfume. I don't care how much they were paying it didn't help that I was in killer heels on a new shiny surface, being scorned at by grouchy old women and "larger" ladies and I swear I now have RSI from spraying that damn perfume so much. Michael came down to laugh at my expense, and took a picture of me looking extremely excited to be working such a wonderful job.
Enough complaining though, if that's the worst that can happen to me, then life is looking pretty darn great!
Saturday was the neon party at Attica. everyone was going wild there, I had some of my original crew from Thailand, Dawn, Lulu and Tom... good kids!
Sunday I was invited to attend a jetski/boat party crew at One degree 15, which is the Marina that is as it's name suggests 1degree15 from the equator.
An 18 strong crew
of jetskiiers and 3 speed boats, we pulled away with plenty of food and drinks ready for the big day ahead.
I got to drive one of the latest model seadoos that was bright yellow with amazing suspension and could go in reverse! Dawn and I took one of the others out for a spin, trying to throw each other off (both succeeding, both getting bruises everywhere!)
After playing around all day everyone gathered for the "Race". I was riding tandem with Robbert, so all the jetski's took off, the course was set for half of Singapore. one of the super fast speedboats (the concorde i think?) joined in, there was no way we could outrun that thing (even with 5 models and few guys aboard) It's engines were deafening, but we enjoyed bouncing off it's wake.... (will be needing a chiropractor sometime soon!)
We literally looked like the Bikie gang of the high seas. A few guys fully decked out in race gear from gloves, shin pads, wetsuits, masks, the lot! It was great weaving in and out of the huge ships in the shipping channel, although those boats create a huge wake... not so great for the teeth!
returning back we all headed to the marina to eat drink and chill. Then we drove over to Azurra for the weekly beach party. I was driven by a new friend in his Maserati, which was exciting for me as I've never been in one before. nice car... :P
Azzura was more mellowed than usual, but still great fun with everyone I knew there.
The brasileros started doing capoiera on the beach with all the orange lit tankers in the background making it look like the sky was on fire. mesmerising.
As I live solely for the moment, I can't actually recall what else I've done this week. but I'm sure it was great fun... :)
EeekThanks Robbert, I have bad knees because of your driving. if you can even call it that!
