It was a long tiring day at work when we headed our trip to Subic

...it was our cluster summer outing and we are all excited but tired. We were thankful that it was just a two hour drive from Makati, because all we wanted is to rest, sleep and relax. OHH YES! we did just that! The moment we arrived in The Lighthouse with its white lobby interior, enchanting floating staircase and the white grand piano, the contemporary architecture was just so nice so I said to myself “I’ve chosen the right place to stay”. We hurried up to our rooms and without any disappointment it’s just what we wanted. Soft cushions, white linens which perfectly matches the green pillows and the brown headboard very earthy and the bathroom, magnificent! I just love the idea of the tub, a sexy twist to a luxurious hideaway. After soaking in the tub for an hour we dozed off…
We woke up just in time for the Regatta Cruise hmm..LIVING LARGE. The staff at the lobby was very accommodating to our needs for the cruise, the food was already packed when we went down, contact numbers of the boat captains were given to

us and so off we go to the Marina. This activity that The Lighthouse offered us was really fun, it was our first time to ride a Regatta and we were all excited, nervous and thrilled. We rented two Purpose Driven named yachts and divide ourselves according to age...old ones to the large boat and the youth goes to the small boat, it was fantastic we head out to the deck's front and took our pictures holding tight on the railings not to fall. In the middle of our cruise the rain poured and just like kids we soaked ourselves and had fun steering the wheel wearing our raincoats the others had fun inside the yachts eating our delicious sandwiches. The rain stopped as we head back to the Subic Yacht Club in time for dinner. The yacht experience was fun and am listing in my "unforgettable moment’s list".
After dinner we went back to the hotel to freshen up we find ourselves cold so we decided to go out for a drinking session, since the guys love doing it. We drive around Subic looking for a nice chill-out place but cannot find any.

Then we heard some music by

the pool and to our surprise under the magical lighthouse rest our haven for drinks the 720⁰ Bar an awesome sight to see.

Below the towering Lighthouse, oohh it is really a must have photo, the light in the tower changes in various colors and we had fun completing all of the lights.Yipee…, but since the bar was full already we settled at the more quiet spot in front of the Sands Al Fresco where a live trio were playing nice old cruising' music...after which we head back to our rooms soak in the warm water of my bathtub hahaha now i own it then peacefully sleep in my cozy bed....... a very relaxing night after a fun filled day.
