at last. i landed in philippines. air asia lands in Clark, Pampanga. so i need to take the land transfer by bus - philtranco which waits for airasia passenger to Manila. 2 places it will stop in manila. since i'll be catching a domestic flight to cebu, stopping @ pasay would be a better choice. else, alight @ SM Megamall, Ortigas if you destination is @ Manila.

taxi drivers here ... are leaches. well the first one i met, although i took my fren's advise to ask him to use the meter, but somehow the meter jumped to more than peso300 once the car move. since asianbelle told me my fare shouldnt be more than peso50, i decided to give him peso100 which i considered me being generous. however he raised his voice saying the flag down rate is peso300 which was utter shit. flag down rate is peso30 across philippines. i challenged him and begin walking to the nearest guard/policeman and he said lets go... but halfway, he left. so ppl use this tactic when u think you are being leached.

checked in was easy but the whole check in area was pandemonium. to me it looks like haphazard but it seems like the cebu pacific air has it own system in its messy way. due to rescheduling of my flight, i had to wait like 4 hours in the waiting area. it was really a pain waiting.....

the plane arrive and we board like 1/2 hour later than the re-scheduled time. quite inefficient. but the plane is new and squeky clean. much better than the airasia's planes. the stewardesses also were more professional meaning they also come with a kinda of attitude. i dunno ... maybe if i am a westerner i will be treated better?? they have inflight games but i find it irritating as i was tired n wanna sleep but was disturbed by the noises n lights. anyway the take off and landing were very smooth - no bumps.

note : the terminal fees are rather high.
domestic flights : php100 (or isit 200?)
international flights : php350
ferry : php11.50
