Accomplishment Report
1989-1999

**** Two hundred sixteen (216) preschools established in all thirteen regions of the Philippines accommodating approximately 42,000 pre-school aged student from predominately indigent families. Over 2,000 men and women have been trained in the area of Early Childhood Development and establishment of Foundational Learning Center / Pre-school.

**** Four (4) Village Clinics established

**** Provided medical equipment and supplies such as Kidney Dialysis machine, Hospital beds, Dentist Outfit, Arterial pressures, Monitering kits, medicines etc. to Phil Heart Center, bethel Baptist Hospital,Gentle Hands Midwifery Clinic for the indigent, Tarlac Provincial Hospital, Ospital ng Makati, Mindoro provincial Hospital, various clinics for Mt. Pinatubo victims.

****Medical Missions evangelism teams comprised of doctors, dentists, midwives, nurses, pharmacists, pastors and workers join with local churches to provide an evangelistic approach to free medical care for the needy throughout the Philippines reaching from Cagayan Del Norte to Mindanao in both tribal and non-tribal areas. Some 20,000 patients were treated, thousands have committed their lives to the Lord with many Bible studies, discipleship programs and churches being established.

**** Provided housing for two (2) Earthquake effected areas and two (2) Mt. Pinatubo Areas in Tarlac and Pampanga (totally more than 200 houses and provide temporary shelter for approximately 3,000 families who were victims of Mt. Pinatubo. Houses were built in the day time and Bible studies in the evening.

**** Developed 27 intensive malnutrition feeding centers that included Tarlac, Quezon province, Laguna, Rizal, Dumaguete and Metro Mania. More than three thousand children critically malnourished were refurnished and given a chance to live and not to die. Hundreds of parents and children came to Lord.

**** Was declared by past DsWd Secretary Corazon de Leon as the “Flagship” N.G.O. for Aete Resettlement site in Mazcundray and Dueg San Clememte, Tarlac working with 3,000 Aete tribal people. Coordinating with other N.G.O.’s and G.O.‘s to provide health, hygiene and nutrition training, livelihood, education, agriculture, water system, malnutrition, feeding programme and housing. Established a church and evangelistic programme.

This Resettlement was declared by the Department of Health as having the highest mortality rate in the entire Philippines and one of the highest in Asia. One year later, through our intensive “Re-nutrition” and Education programme, D.O.H. Secretary Juan Flavier declared that the same area had reached the “ lowest mortality rate in the nation.”

**** Trained thousands of pastors, workers, parents in the area of health and hygiene, nutrition and preventative care.
